Through an internal process, the company determines and implements the selected objectives and measures. Based on an internal assessment of the actual situation, the company, with the help of an external assessor\/advisor, determines a plan for the introduction of measures aimed at improving the management of work processes and the quality of the working environment for a better work-life balance. After a positive assessment of the implementation plan for the selected measures by the audit board, the company obtains the <span style=\"color: #f28016;\">basic \"Family-Friendly Enterprise\" certificate<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>After three years, an assessment is made to determine whether the measures have been implemented and the objectives achieved.
