On September 28 and 29, 2023, the traditional conference of Family Friendly\nEnterprise and Socially Responsible Employer certificate holders took place in La\u0161ko.<\/p>\n
Thursday afternoon was dedicated to the Embodied Leadership workshop, where Ale\u0161 Kranjc Ku\u0161lan<\/strong>, director of Ekvilib Institute, guided participants through the\nworkshop using the embodiment method. Just like last year, this time we used the\nbody as a medium for getting to know ourselves, others, and Mate Gabor's\nCompassionate Research approach.<\/p>\nThe relaxed and movement-conscious event was followed by an evening lecture by Dr. Zvezdan Pirto\u0161ek. <\/strong>Prof. Dr. Pirto\u0161ek, a specialist neurologist, professor of clinical\nneurology and head of the Department of Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine,\npresented the topic Fog in the Head - Myth or Reality.<\/em>.<\/p>\nFriday morning started with a series of lectures on the topic of wellbeing at work<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n- Darja Hvala<\/strong>, Burnout bye bye Mindset Coach: Nobody chooses burnout<\/em><\/li>\n
- Petra Tekavec<\/strong>, Psychotherapy and Happiness management: Mental health of\nemployees and companies, a key factor behind it<\/em><\/li>\n
- dr. Alojz Ihan<\/strong>, Department of Microbiology and Immunology, Faculty of\nMedicine, University of Ljubljana: Long-term Covid and its impact on\nemployees<\/em><\/li>\n
- Tja\u0161a Jarc<\/strong>, D\u017eungla plants d.o.o.: Positive impact of green workplace<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The lecturers then participated in a round table<\/strong>, moderated by Ale\u0161 Kranjc Ku\u0161lan.\nThey were joined by Dominik Pogorevc <\/strong>from the Sevnica Health Center.<\/p>\nThis was followed by a lecture by Martina Baj\u017elja <\/strong>and Tine Osvald Zaletelj, <\/strong>Statistical\nOffice of the Republic of Slovenia: What is different in 2023 than in 2019 or where did\nall the employees go<\/em> .<\/p>\nBefore the joint lunch and farewell, we heard three more good practices of FFE and\nSRE certificate measures. Geberit d.o.o<\/strong>presented how they implement active\nbreaks in the company.
