On September 25 and 26, 2024, traditional conference of Family-Friendly Enterprise\nand Socially Responsible Employer certificate holders took place in La\u0161ko.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The mid-afternoon was dedicated to the<\/span> Embodied Leadership workshop<\/span>, where <\/span>Ale\u0161 Kranjc Ku\u0161lan<\/b>, director of Ekvilib Institute, led the participants to face trust and\nchanges through the physical dimension.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop was followed by an evening lecture by <\/span>Ale\u0161a Oblaka<\/b> from the University\nPsychiatric Clinic of Ljubljana, who spoke about the concept of <\/span>ecological anxiety<\/span> due\nto climate change.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main part of the conference took place on Thursday, we started the day with the\ntopic of <\/span>Changes and how to manage them<\/span> with two lectures:<\/span><\/p>\n

How and to what extent\nour brains adapt to changes<\/span>: <\/span>Dr. Zvezdan Pirto\u0161ek<\/b>, Head of the Department of\nNeurology, Faculty of Medicine;<\/span><\/p>\n

Changes in organizational culture and the role of\nleaders<\/span>: <\/span>Katja Hleb<\/b>, Be Solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This was followed by a round table titled <\/span>The role of certificate administrators in the\nimplementation of measures, organizational culture and changes<\/span>. The moderators, <\/span>Petra Hartman and Ga\u0161perj Zakraj\u0161ek<\/b> Petra Hartman and Ga\u0161per Zakraj\u0161ek from Ekvilib Institute, were joined by Laila\nLahmadi-Jeleni\u010d, <\/span>Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev<\/b>, Du\u0161a Lindtner, <\/span>Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d.<\/b>, Doroteja Mlaker Kro\u0161el, <\/span>Aluminium Kety Emmi d.o.o.<\/b>\u00a0 and Luka Polutnik, <\/span>GateHub d.o.o.<\/b>and we had a very interesting and productive debate with many ideas\nand good practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

After an active break we listened to current topics in the field of labour law. <\/span>Darja Miklav\u010di\u010d<\/b>, lawyer, Odvetniki \u0160elih & partnerji, o.p., d.o.o., presented <\/span>How to\nImplement the Right to Disconnect.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before we parted ways on Thursday afternoon, we searched for <\/span>A way out of the\nendless crisis<\/span> with anthropologist Dr. <\/span>Dan Podjed<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
