On May 14, 2025, Ekvilib Institute awarded Family Friendly Enterprise certificates to\nnew companies and organizations at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and\nIndustry in Ljubljana.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The certificates were presented by Anita Bregar, Director of the Directorate for Family\nat the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, and Petra\nHartman, Head of Certification at the Ekvilib Institute, who said:\"Exactly 18 years\nhave passed since the first 32 Slovenian companies obtained the Family Friendly\nEnterprise certificate. The combination of a lucky coincidence and a quality tool,\nwhich has been recognized by over 300 employers to date, is responsible for making\nit one of the more successful stories in our area today<\/em>.\u00ab<\/p>\n

Companies and organizations that received the basic Family-Friendly Enterprise\ncertificate<\/strong> are: Center za socialno delo Osrednja Slovenija \u2013 vzhod, ISKRAEMECO,\nd.d., KMETIJSKI IN\u0160TITUT SLOVENIJE, LARIS d.o.o., MINISTRSTVO ZA\nKMETIJSTVO, GOZDARSTVO IN PREHRANO, PELINI d.o.o., PROSIGNAL, d.o.o.,\nPROTECT INFRA d.o.o. in SLOVENSKE \u017dELEZNICE, d.o.o..<\/p>\n

Full Family Friendly Enterprise certificates<\/strong> were received by Aluminium Kety Emmi\nd.o.o., ARRIVA d.o.o., DOM UPOKOJENCEV KRANJ, EPILOG d.o.o., FIT varovanje,\nd.d., MIV SERVIS, d.o.o. and SCHENKER d.d..<\/p>\n

At the event, special recognitions were given to companies or organizations that had\nalready decided 6, 9, 13 or even 18 years ago to further improve the possibility of\nbalancing the professional and private lives of their employees and successfully\nrenewed their full certificate after the second, third, fourth or fifth audit.
