On September 24 and 25, 2025, a conference of Family Friendly Enterprise and\nSocially Responsible Employer certificate holders took place in La\u0161ko.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The conference was traditionally opened by Ale\u0161 Kranjc Ku\u0161lan, director of Ekvilib\nInstitute, with a workshop in which the participants focused on areas of attention and\nchange through the somatic dimension.<\/p>\n

Workshop was followed by an evening lecture by Dr. Evgen Benedik, assistant\nprofessor in the field of Nutrition at the Biotechnical Faculty - University of Ljubljana,\nwho spoke about the impact of food on work and myths and truths about nutrition.<\/p>\n

The main part of the meeting took place on Thursday, when we started the day with a\nlecture by assistant professor Dr. Otto Gerdina, University of Ljubljana, Faculty of\nSocial Sciences, on myths and truths about old age.<\/p>\n

After the lecture Ekvilib Institute presented the initiative Company of All Generations<\/a> and encouraged attendees to sign a socially responsible commitment to\nintergenerational cooperation. This was followed by a workshop on Intergenerational\ncooperation and leadership challenges.<\/p>\n

The workshop was followed by a round table entitled Success factors of well-\nfunctioning internal teams woth participants Jera Majzelj, Odvetniki \u0160elih & partnerji,\no.p., d.o.o., Anja Vinder, Engrotu\u0161 d.o.o., Martina Gusel, GKN Driveline Slovenija,\nd.o.o. and Laura Zagoranski, Zavod za usposabljanje, delo in varstvo dr. Marijana\nBor\u0161tnarja Dornava. The round table was moderated by Petra Hartman and Ga\u0161per\nZakraj\u0161ek from Ekvilib Institute.<\/p>\n

After lunch, Bojan Kristan from Gibit d.o.o. presented how to prepare attractive\nactivities within the promotion of health in the workplace. After this, Barbara Zupan\u010di\u010d\nfrom the Diversity Charter Slovenia shared what the Pay Transparency Directive\nbrings and how to prepare for it.<\/p>\n

Thursday afternoon was concluded by Dr. Zvezdan Pirto\u0161ek, Head of the Department\nof Neurology, Faculty of Medicine, with the topic Neuroscience of Leadership.<\/p>\n

Gibit d.o.o. guided us throughout the event during active breaks with exercises with elastic exercise bands.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
