Rules and procedure for obtaining the Family-Friendly Enterprise certificate
|
Obtaining the certificate is a consulting and auditing process, which has the function of assessing and advising employers on which tools to use for better human resource management in the context of reconciling the professional and family lives of employees. Through an internal process, the company determines and implements the selected objectives and measures. Based on an internal assessment of the actual situation, the company, with the help of an external assessor/advisor, determines a plan for the introduction of measures aimed at improving the management of work processes and the quality of the working environment for a better work-life balance. After a positive assessment of the implementation plan for the selected measures by the audit board, the company obtains the basic "Family-Friendly Enterprise" certificate. After three years, an assessment is made to determine whether the measures have been implemented and the objectives achieved. If the objectives have been achieved, the company obtains the full "Family-Friendly Enterprise" certificate.
