The Family-Friendly Company certificate is awarded by the Ekvilib Institute. Ekvilib Institute is a private institute that operates in the field of social responsibility in the broadest sense of the term. We strive for socially responsible behavior by all actors in society, with a special emphasis on corporate social responsibility and socially responsible cooperation with employees. We are the bearers of the Family-Friendly Company and Socially Responsible Employer certification process and the founders of the Slovenian Social Responsibility Network.
