Free supporting activities for certificate holders:

1. Expert thematic events twice a year for two people:

• Trends in Social Responsibility Conference – a traditional event in Bled in cooperation with IEDC-Bled School of Management and WISE Institute.

• Annual meeting of holders of the Family-Friendly Enterprise and Socially Responsible Employer certificates – a two-day event combining lectures, round tables, workshops, and networking with companies that share similar values.

2. Certificate award ceremony: A gala event where we award certificates and awards and celebrate achievements together.

3. Expert webinars twice a year for two people, intended for the presentation of good practices, professional insights from the field of employment, and other current topics.

4. Online training for internal consultants twice a year, intended for administrators who manage the selection process for new measures and new administrators who want to learn more about the certificate.

5. Family Friendly Enterprise Newsletter: Every quarter, you will receive a comprehensive e-newsletter containing a calendar of events, presentations of certificate holders, best practices, and numerous interesting facts about work-life balance.

Training for managers in the field of work-life balance is part of the activities within the framework of the Family-Friendly Enterprise certificate.
