On September 25 and 26, 2024, traditional conference of Family-Friendly Enterprise and Socially Responsible Employer certificate holders took place in Laško.

The mid-afternoon was dedicated to the Embodied Leadership workshop, where Aleš Kranjc Kušlan, director of Ekvilib Institute, led the participants to face trust and changes through the physical dimension.

The workshop was followed by an evening lecture by Aleša Oblaka from the University Psychiatric Clinic of Ljubljana, who spoke about the concept of ecological anxiety due to climate change.

The main part of the conference took place on Thursday, we started the day with the topic of Changes and how to manage them with two lectures:

How and to what extent our brains adapt to changes: Dr. Zvezdan Pirtošek, Head of the Department of Neurology, Faculty of Medicine;

Changes in organizational culture and the role of leaders: Katja Hleb, Be Solutions. 

This was followed by a round table titled The role of certificate administrators in the implementation of measures, organizational culture and changes. The moderators, Petra Hartman and Gašperj Zakrajšek Petra Hartman and Gašper Zakrajšek from Ekvilib Institute, were joined by Laila Lahmadi-Jelenič, Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev, Duša Lindtner, Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., Doroteja Mlaker Krošel, Aluminium Kety Emmi d.o.o.  and Luka Polutnik, GateHub d.o.o.and we had a very interesting and productive debate with many ideas and good practices.

After an active break we listened to current topics in the field of labour law. Darja Miklavčič, lawyer, Odvetniki Šelih & partnerji, o.p., d.o.o., presented How to Implement the Right to Disconnect..

Before we parted ways on Thursday afternoon, we searched for A way out of the endless crisis with anthropologist Dr. Dan Podjed.

Throughout the event, Gibit d.o.o. kept us active during breaks.
