The consultant carries out the procedure for obtaining the Family-Friendly Enterprise certificate at the applicant's premises in accordance with the Rules and procedures for obtaining a certificate Family Friendly Enterprise and the implementation plan, and is the contact person for technical issues in the certification process.

The consultant is appointed to the applicant by the certification body.

Consultants are independent experts with a background in social sciences, humanities, or business, and have at least three years of experience in consulting or research in companies/organizations.

In addition, they must also complete additional training necessary for the quality implementation of the procedure for obtaining the Certificate.
