On the International Day of Families, 15 May 2024, Ekvilib Institute awarded Family Friendly Enterprise certificates to new companies and organisations at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ljubljana.

The certificates were presented by Nuša Majhenc, Acting Director General of the Directorate for Family at the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, and Petra Hartman, Head of Certification at Ekvilib Institute.

Among the recipients were 16 companies with basic and full Family Friendly Enterprise certificates and 24 companies and organisations that received special recognition for spreading the culture of a family-friendly company in Slovenia.

Companies and organizations that received the basic Family Friendly Enterprise certificates are: IPROS d.o.o., Koncern SINTAL, RESULT, d.o.o., Skupina Porsche Finance Group Slovenia, SPL d.d. and Varstveno delovni center Kranj.

Full Family Friendly Enterprise certificates were received by: ANTON BLAJ d.o.o., Dom počitka Mengeš, Dom upokojencev Vrhnika, ENGROTUŠ d.o.o. , KOVINTRADE d.d. Celje, NOVARTIS PHARMA SERVICES INC. Podružnica v Sloveniji, Skupina NOVA PANORAMA, STERIS AST d.o.o., Telemach Slovenija d.o.o. in VAROVANJE GALEKOM d.o.o..

Special thanks for spreading the culture of a family friendly company in Slovenia was received by the companies and organizations that are included in the certification:

– for more than six years and have successfully passed the second audit (Loterija Slovenije, d.d., Zdravstveni dom Brežice)
