There are two steps to obtaining a Family Friendly Enterprise certificate: obtaining the basic certificate and obtaining the full Family Friendly Enterprise certificate. The costs involved in the certification are divided accordingly.

I. The cost of obtaining the basic certificate

The cost of obtaining a basic certificate depends on the size (number of employees) of the applicant:

The cost of obtaining the basic Family Friendly Enterprise certificate includes:

• strošek ocenjevalca/svetovalca v obsegu kot ga predvidevajo Rules;
• the final assessment of the Board of Auditors;
• coordination of the process;
• dissemination of the process / informing the public,
• expert evaluation and
• the final award ceremony for the basic certificate.

If the certification body, together with the consultant, assesses that the large number of staff or the diversity of the applicant's work processes requires several parallel processes, the applicant shall bear the costs of any additional processes. Any additional consultancy days requested by the applicant shall be considered as additional consultancy and shall be charged separately to the applicant.

I. The cost of obtaining the full certificate

The cost of obtaining the full certificate is € 3.900,00 excluding VAT.

The price includes:

• two annual visits and a final audit
• coordination of the process,
  the final assessment of the Board of Auditors,
• dissemination of the process / informing the public,
• expert evaluation

• spletno izobraževanje skrbnika certifikata za notranjega svetovalca
  organizacijo dveh strokovnih webinarjev letno za dve osebi (12 dostopov),
• 4 izvode novičnika letno

The payment is divided into three annual instalments over the entire implementation period. The first instalment shall be paid within 15 days of the signature of the contract and the last instalment shall be paid at least 10 months before the end of the three-year period. The exact payment dynamics shall be specified in the contract.

III. Cost of renewal of the full certificate after its acquisition

The cost of obtaining the full certificate is € 3.900,00 excluding VAT.

The price includes:

• two annual visits and a final audit
• coordination of the process,
  the final assessment of the Board of Auditors,
• dissemination of the process / informing the public,
• expert evaluation

Dinamika plačila stroškov je razdeljena čez celotno obdobje implementacije in mora biti zaključena vsaj 10 mesecev pred končno revizijo. Natančno dinamiko plačil se določi v pogodbi.

IV. Dnevna postavka zunanjega svetovalca_ke

Any additional consultancy days requested by the applicant will be considered as additional consultancy and will amount to € 500.00 (excluding VAT).

V. New Family Friendly Enterprise implementation plan

If a new implementation plan for the next FFE period is submitted at the same time as the final report, the review and validation of the documentation is free of charge. In case the new implementation plan for the FFE measures is not submitted at the same time as the final report, it is considered as an additional scope of audit by the Board of Auditors and amounts to € 200.00 (excluding VAT).

VI. Izobraževanje notranjih svetovalcev

The certification body will organise and deliver an 8-hour internal consultant online training course for the company's certificate custodian, who will be trained to carry out the process of selecting the new measures for the next three-year period.
The cost of this training is included in the price of the full certificate, and is €80.00 (excluding VAT) for other companies.

VII. Training of internal lecturers

The certification body organises and carries out the training of a representative of the applicant to enable him/her to deliver lectures and training courses for managers in the context of the mandatory measure Training of managers in the field of reconciliation of private and professional life.

The price of this training is € 180.00 (excluding VAT) if it is done live.
If done online, the price is € 80.00 (excluding VAT).
