As the body responsible for the Family-Friendly Enterprise certification process, the Ekvilib Institute strives to improve its services and procedures and ensure the satisfaction of its users to the greatest extent possible. A procedure that is as simple and standardized as possible is key in this regard, as our aim is not to burden companies with excessive bureaucracy and procedures, but to provide all the necessary support so that those responsible can devote themselves to their employees and the implementation of Family-Friendly Enterprise measures.

For this reason, in 2024, we conducted an opinion survey for the eleventh consecutive year, which included all companies that hold a basic or full certificate. The purpose is to determine satisfaction with individual stages of the process and to identify trends over the years.
