Audit Board
Audit Board is responsible for reviewing the prescribed documentation and issuing a final opinion on the applicant's eligibility for a basic or full certificate. The Audit Board is a professional, independent body composed of representatives of the professional public and social partners.
Members of the Audit Board:
mag. Maja Skorupan – Master of Legal Sciences, whose career has focused on labor and social law. She is the author of numerous publications and professional articles, including on the topic of work-life balance. She is one of the founding members of the Family Friendly Enterprise certificate and uses her practical experience to help shape its rules.
dr. Sonja Robnik – A PhD in sociology who has spent her entire professional and academic career studying various aspects of work environments. She conducts research, workshops, writes articles, and participates in projects on the topic of work-life balance. She believes that successfully balancing personal and professional life is an essential component of quality jobs.
Nevenka Močnik – University graduate social pedagogue, employed by the non-governmental organization Društvo Altra – Committee for Innovation in Mental Health. As an advocate for the rights of people in the field of mental health, she strives to strengthen the voices of users and realize their rights. She is a member of the Association of Organizations for Psychosocial Assistance (ZOPS), Mental Health Section, a transactional analysis practitioner, and an internal quality assessor for non-governmental organizations according to the ISO 9001 standard.
Igor Bizjak – University graduate in electrical engineering, university graduate in computer science, worked in industry for 13 years. Since 1997, he has been intensively involved with various management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). He has been involved in the Family-Friendly Enterprise certification since 2011 and in the Socially Responsible Employer certification since its inception.
Mateja Arko Košec – University graduate in sociology (human resources management) with over 32 years of experience in public administration. In addition to her career in human resources, she has been actively involved in reorganization, business process modeling, and quality management. She is a certified internal quality auditor according to the international standard ISO 9001:2008, an auditor according to the CAF and CAF EPI models, and an internal trainer for the use of the competency model. She firmly believes that committed and satisfied employees are the key driver of any organization, with work-life balance playing a crucial role in the long-term success and well-being of employees.
